Royal Mail and Parcelforce Services
Delivery Times are a guide and from the day of despatch. For in stock items we usually process, pack and send orders within 48 hours. Some items may be 'drop shipped' by the manufacturer or wholesaler on our behalf.

First Class Standard Post : parcels delivered within 1-3 working days.
Second Class Standard Post : parcels delivered in 3-5 working days.
(Compensation for loss or damage, only for contents up to the value of £20)

UK Tracked (with or without signature) : 1-2 working days. 
(Compensation for loss or damage, only for goods up to the value of £75)

Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm :
Delivered next working day before 1pm following day of despatch.
(Compensation for loss or damage, for goods up to the value of £750)

Parcelforce Express 48
Delivered within 2 working days following day of despatch.
(Fully tracked, up to £150 compensation for loss of damage, parcels up to 30kg)
